Crockpot Pork Roast

As the weather heats up you may be tempted to put the slow cooker away. Think again! Spring is busy with activities, so a slow cooker meal can be a great way to put supper on the table — fast.

Serve this delicious roast on wheat rolls and pair with coleslaw and fruit for a summery menu, or choose potatoes and fresh roasted veggies for a heartier meal.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10-12 hours 

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pork roast
  • ¾ Cup ketchup
  • 1 can of Coke

Preparation

  1. Place frozen pork roast in crockpot.
  2. Pour ketchup over roast then pour Coke over ketchup and roast.
  3. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 10-12 hours.
