Sirloin Steak Salad from MN Beef

May is beef month in Minnesota and the official kickoff to the grilling season.  Grilling season is finally here and beef is the star of the grill.  With beef prices on the rise we have some suggestions for keeping your budget and your waistline in line this summer with great beef recipes and some shopping tips.
